Upon initial booking request, you will receive a summary of all daily rate charges. For a firm booking, we require confirmation of prepaid airline tickets to El Nido or to Puerto Princesa. In addition, a deposit (bank transfer) equal to 20% of the total daily rate charges may be required to confirm the booking. After receiving the deposit, we will provide you with a summary of the deposit and the remaining balance to be paid upon check out. A deposit is fully refundable provided cancellation notice by email is given at least three weeks prior to the booked arrival date. Under certain circumstances at our discretion, a deposit is refundable in cases where less than three weeks cancellation notice is provided.      

Payment with credit card carries a 7% surcharge.  Upon arrival, a verification of the credit card validity will be required.
