There are five cottages set on one hectare of landscaped property and no bordering neighbors. The cottages are all recently built and have solar powered fan and lights (including battery storage). A generator complements the solar power. The restaurant and beachfront gazebo with TV are also powered by solar energy.

The property features extensive and lush botanical gardens, a sizable beach with clear waters and a house reef. Just offshore, there is a small island which can be reached by foot and circumnavigated at low tide. There is a beachfront sitting area to view the sunset.  Wild life is often sighted in the area.
